Quotes and bookings
- Every job is priced individually. Prices discussed by phone or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted once we see the actual work required — we will always confirm before starting.
- Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
- Bookings are confirmed by agreement over phone or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.
Our service
- We carry out all work with professional care and equipment. Results can vary with the age, material, and condition of carpets, upholstery, and surfaces — we will advise honestly about what is achievable before we start.
- We hold public liability insurance via Simply Business. Any damage claims should be reported to us as soon as possible after the job.
- Please let us know in advance about delicate materials, existing damage, or access restrictions at the property.
